More words.
More promises.
More gatherings.
More accomplishments.

As we grow older, we measure differently.

One meaningful conversation.
One thoughtful book.
One lasting relationship.
One quiet sentence that stays.

Perhaps that is why my books keep getting shorter.

The more I write,
the less I write.
